Our community is filled with highly motivated individuals who are using automation and voice AI tools to solve real business problems. We're now looking to bring on someone who can help our members get more leads through smart, proven outreach.
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Outreach Specialist at Voice AI Bootcamp. You will be responsible for building and improving our outbound strategies, helping members create/refine their offer and positioning, and guiding them in outreach (optionally, sales). You will host a weekly 1-hour Q&A session for members, provide async support inside our private community, and help our members with outreaching via platforms like LinkedIn or other methods you’ve proven to work.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and confident presenting in live sessions
- Hands-on experience running outbound campaigns
- Strategic thinking around ICP, offer creation, and positioning
- Comfortable supporting a community asynchronously (chat, forums, async video)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outreach outcomes
- Experience closing clients or generating leads in a previous role
- Bonus: experience teaching, coaching, or working in a marketing/growth role
Preferences
- Your main outreach channel does NOT include cold emailing
- You kept track of your pipeline statistics and can share results
- Some who can do light, sales support for our members
